Late check-out policy: Late check-out is possible, depending on availability.
Children policy: Children up to 5 years old have a 50% discount.

Cancellation Policy: The Chalet charges 100% as penalty if passengers cancel the reservation 8 days or less prior to the date of stay. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. In the case of no-shows, the hotel will not refund the deposit.
